Bishop Francis Alao is the senior Pastor of JPIC. He is also the overseer for Church of God Scotland Central Belt district. He is a pastor and a teacher of the word. Bishop Francis is passionate about soul winning, discipleship and mentoring. He is an ecumenism and community leader who helps new arrivals to settle well in Scotland.
